Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable Policy:

    • Courses, workshops, and services are non-refundable once purchased.

Flexibility for Batch Changes or Candidate Name Transfer:

    • Participants can opt for a different batch or allow another candidate to attend in their place.
    • Request for such changes should be made at least 48 hours before the course or workshop starts.

Completion Certificate:

  • The certificate is issued only to the candidate who completes the entire course or workshop and passes required assessments.

Attendance Policy:

  • Failure to attend results in marking the participant as absent, with no extended access or eligibility for a refund.

Discretionary Decisions:

  • Batch transfers, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of  𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝘆𝘁𝗲𝘅™ 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝘃𝘁. 𝗟𝘁𝗱.

Technical Issues Resolution:

  • Participants encountering technical issues should contact Support Team.
  • The support team will attempt to resolve the issue within a minimum of 24 hrs.
  • If the technical issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be initiated specifically for technical problems.
